Terms of Service

By using Technify Reading Lab you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that school.

Schools create and manage accounts for their staff and learners. Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under their account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

• Use the platform only for learning and school administration.
• Do not share accounts, scrape content, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute reading passages, questions or assessments.

Access is provided under a subscription agreed with the school. Fees, seat counts and term length are set out in the school's order or contract. Subscriptions renew only as stated in that agreement.

Technify Inc. owns the platform, its design and its reading content. Schools retain ownership of the records and materials they upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for them.

We work to keep the service available, and we may update features, content and these terms. We will give schools reasonable notice of material changes.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis and is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional educational assessment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription term.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the courts of Cebu City unless the school's agreement states otherwise.
